Generous sized and well appointed room with incredibly comfortable bed. Reception was helpful. So quiet but close to shops and restaurants

Room very good, really clean, excellent bathroom. Appears to be recently renovated.
No indication room had to be accessed by very difficult outside stairs which were not in great condition. By outside I mean on the side of the building! They were concrete and I tripped.
Also, and this is my oversight, there were no utensils, glasses, plates or bowls. There were four mugs and a microwave, nothing provided to even wash a mug. I just presumed that some of these would be provided. I guess they want you to eat in the restaurant but as that is not open in the morning, there was no crockery for breakfast.
After hours of driving, I just want to heat something up and eat in the room.
