The room and hotel was beautiful and spacious. The hotel and restaurant are quiet and peaceful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. There is someone on the front desk 24/7. The pool is lovely and calm without any rooms overlooking it.
The menu was limited for a vegetarian and the food was variable - some evenings delicious and other evenings bland and undercooked. The complimentary shuttle bus was unreliable at times, waiting up to an hour due to the traffic in Ubud. Difficult to walk into the centre from because it is located at the top of a steep and bendy hill without much lighting, but very easy to order a grab taxi. The noise traveled between rooms and the room connected with the room next door which you could not lock.

Cozy and well tucked in just on the edge of the city.
8 mins away from the centre and far enough to get seclusion and quite.
The staff are all amazing. Every single one of them will make you feel special. The service is so personal you are made to feel welcome and comfortable.
The packages at the spa could be better for when you don’t feel like going out for a treatment.
