Location is excellent, shower was hot which was awesome.
Nothing really, it was a little dated, but everything worked. It was quite windy during our stay and I could hear the sliding glass door banging in the frame.
We were on the 3rd floor, so not ideal with heavy suitcases. But not a deal breaker.

The position is great. In the park looking at the beach. It has a little verandah. Beds were comfortable and the shower good.
It’s old and no fancy features but it is good for a well located stay. No lift and I’ve set of 10 steps to apartment 4.

Location, easy check in/out. Apartment was clean.
No washer/ dryer, no BBQ, no sofa bed. Building itself is very run down and felt unsafe.
