Wonderful stay in Chiang Mai! The hotel is stylish, modern and perfectly located in the vibrant Nimman district, surrounded by great cafes, trendy shops, and art galleries. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming and the rooftop pool is an absolute highlight. Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxury and comfort.!
The only minor downside is that you need to take a Grab to get to the historical Old City but you know that before booking.

Stayed here last year and now again. Staff even got nicer than nice. Rooms clean and fresh as ever. Plenty of water, coffee and tea. And just as I said I miss the Rice Crackers they brought them in!!!
Little gym, effective and good. Super central in Nimman, but no noise inside.
Gym could use an update (although still works for me)

Can't think of anything that would bring me back. Some of the staff were very helpful while others weren't. 15 minute walk to Maya Mall.
Breakfast. Room lights need a PhD to figure out. Have to go through restaurant to get to elevator.
