Loved the location. The ease of access to public transportation and the convenience of having everything around. Bed and pillows were comfortable for me to sleep and the air conditioning works very efficiently. The lady that manages the property is fantastic. Always helpful and pleasant to deal with. The guest house is clear very clean and tidy.
If you are getting to this property late night or early morning with a big luggage, it’s a nightmare. There is no presence at this property for those hours. I had to drag my two luggage’s to another property, the lifts in that building wasn’t working, had to keep my luggage down, unattended, run up to the 3rd or 4th floor to collect my keys and then walk back to this hotel in the dead of the night at 3am! Now coming to my room. It was so small that when I opened my room door I would have to enter the bathroom to close the room door to enter the room. Room 112 wasn’t a square or rectangle shaped room but triangular. The place is in need of a desperate overhaul and renovations. Bathroom door was bi-fold and would not close easily. My floor had duct taped to hold the flooring together, curtains were stained, ceiling had stains, bathroom so small that when showering the toilet would get wet. If I have to stay here again next time, I’ll book a room with a single bed to have more space. The room I stayed in should not be sold as a premium double bed but just as a standard double bed. I regret booking the premium double bed as the other rooms I saw were more spacious than the one I paid extra for
