Breakfast was really good and the location was ideal - easy access to a metro station is an added bonus.
The TV was very small

The view was very nice - outside the window I can see the central park.
The hotel is close to the subway station and the bus top to the Incheon airport.
Next to the hotel is a cozy plaza, making the stay quite convenient.
The elevators are too slow.
It's not uncommon that the elevetor that takes you to the ground floor comes from the first floor, which is very inefficient.
Wi-Fi is not protected at all, which is a bit concern.

Easy check in, clean hotel, comfortable bedding, super convenient with the Metro right nearby to visit other areas and plenty of restaurants around. Helpful staff making it easy to depart early morning for flight.

I didnt like that there isnt any assigned staff on the ground floor. I had multiple luggage as I am planning to move to apartment later, so I ended up managing on my own. When you factor in that the check-in lobby is on the 19F moving everything was a hassle.
