We had a good week, thank you.

Great location, decent space for the money

Bathroom very poor. Shower hot then cold, shower rail broken, shower curtain poor. Not sure the cooker was working - tried it a couple of times. Could have done with a ‘useful information’ book

The booking was made by Mr Oliver Logue, I travelled with him, my name is Michael Gault, I have already emailed your site asking for someone to contact me about this property. The photos online are a total misrepresentation of how the property looked both inside and out, please see photos attached, The bathroom was not in a state that is acceptable to rent not only in terms of hygiene but of safety too, no thermostat to gauge water temperature which could be a hazard. The clip on the wall for the shower head was broken so showering a hazard, see also photo attached of the bathroom walls which were filthy. Please see photos of outdoor seating area which was filthy and in no way represents the online images. Please see photo of side of house which is in a dreadful state, if you zoom in, you will see that there is a dead bird in the yard. I do not think this property has been properly inspected for some time. We asked through your contact to meet the owner who agreed and then didn't show up on time, we did meet her though when we returned to get our hire car and she claimed to speak little English so didn't really seem to understand the issue. I do not understand how you can charge nearly £1400 for 6 nights. We also were asked for a £200 deposit when we arrived which wasn't clear when we made the booking. I use your site on a regular basis and find it very good but this property was an absolute disgrace.
