Great friendly staff, we had the best view out looking over the beach. It was central and close to shops, the ferry and the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great central to everything in paihia. Good walking distance to places.
I had no issues at the property at all 🙂

Location was excellent.
Noisy at times due to the bar next door.

The location and host were amazing. Walking distance to everything I needed, so many good food options and the space was bright, clean and SAFE. Would absolutely book again.
WiFi was pretty unreliable in my unit but I think it's because I was far from the main office (modem).
