Set in a delightful wooded location with no other buildings visible from the windows
The front door lock didn't work well. When the key was turned to the locked position I couldn't remove the key from the lock.
The wash basin plug supplied needs a ring attached to pull it out of the plughole. I had to use the tip of a sharp knife to lever it out.
The rolling movement of the sliding door needs some maintenance for smooth operation

Fantastic location, swimming pool, tennis courts and animals. Very comfortable cottage with ample room and very comfortable bed.
Tried to book directly as I'm a senior and wanted to save a few $, but got no response from emails and the phone numbers on the web site didn't connect?? Disappointing to not receive a reply from several emails sent through the contact page on their website.

The accommodation is in close proximity to Fitzroy Falls.
The carpets and furnishings, such as the kitchen chair cushions and bed lamps were very dirty.
The open fire barbeque was not usable, as it was completely rusted.
The ignition of the gas barbeque in the communal area did not work. The gas barbeque needed a good clean.
The entrance sliding door could not be locked. Luckily, it's a very safe area.

"Loved the rural and privacy. Indoor fireplace, Sharni and Brad were super helpful and went above and beyond"
