Nothing it was perfect

The staff was very helpful and ready to accommodate whenever we had a issue. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very near to the lake (5 min walk) and close to the centre.
Breakfast could have a bit more variety.

The rooms where big. We used this Hotel as our main hotel in Hanoi for our 15 days. The staff is excellent abd ready to help you in any way they can. I would recommend this hotel since it is also in the centre and 5 min walk from the lake and main centre.
Breakfast was mainly targeted for Vietnamise style food. We would have preferred to see more continental food. But overall was OK.

The location was perfect, with a different feel from the busy Old Quarter — a nice change of atmosphere. The room we booked was large and spacious, which was a definite plus.
Unfortunately, the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations. Cleanliness could have been much better, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. The biggest disappointment was that not all rooms are accessible by elevator, which is something guests should be made aware of before booking. Overall, the hotel had potential, but a few important details let it down.
