Pretty, well-kept B&B ideally situated for walking into the old town of Spello and access to the train station. Garden and pool to relax in was lovely after a busy day. Friendly and welcoming host.
We were expecting a self service breakfast so the ‘sweet or savoury’ choice was interesting but I can see why this system works for the host. It was still very tasty but not always what I would have chosen

Everything about our stay here was wonderful! Alessandro was so kind and helpful throughout our stay; he made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and in such a lovely location right by the pool. There is free street parking right across the road, and the apartment is very easy to get to. The property is absolutely lovely; the room was very clean and comfortable. We actually wanted to stay an additional night, but they were booked out. There are only 4 rooms so the property is very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again and have no reservations about recommending this property to our friends and family.
Being on a main road into town, there was a little bit of street noise, but it would only be a bother if you are a light sleeper.
