Clean, private, professional staff

The staff, specifically Dennis and Mosadi. They went out of their way to help me
That I had to wait to confirm payment, rather than being allowed in even with proof of payment, was just because it hadn't reflected yet; it's not like I was going to leave without sorting that out.

The staff was very friendly. The location is great. The shower was also great.
I don’t think the grading of the correct. The drawer where the washing basin is looks really bad. It’s almost as if the cabinet has been patched and installed.
