The location is fantastic, only 5-15 mins walk from all the main sights and shopping areas.
The interior and furniture is like going back in time, some beautiful pieces and lovely style, very quaint. It felt like visiting some old house or museum rather than a hotel.
You don’t see any of the staff! Our check-in was in a little office and was polite and efficient, but at breakfast you have to look for the server for more coffee etc, she doesn’t come around to see if you need anything. We weren’t offered the hot food option on our final morning.

This was the nicest hotel experience I have ever had. It was like stepping into history and staying in a palace as a guest. We were given a wonderful suite which was truly luxurious. Thank you. Staff excellent.
Everything was perfect.
