After a short mishap with email not being received the Hotel Owner was very helpful indeed.
Nothing was to much for her to assist us with our questions.

Nice bath. A lot of space. Easy to get in, codes and instructions are properly communicated in advance.
We arrived well before latest check-in time, but when we got out of the car the host started by saying (from the balcony upstairs) that we are late.
The state of the apartment isn't great. Could use some styling, and more importantly maintenance. Things like the blinds are basically all damaged, the chairs are damaged, the electric kettle looks pretty bad, etc. The place could just look way better than it does now. The front door didn't seem to lock (as we didn't have key, but only a code to open it).
It's also a bit weird to put a drying towel and dishwashing brush on the sink (so the tap can't be used without moving it). We stayed for one night, it feels like the host tried to hint that we should clean/ do the dishes before leaving. Which you have to do anyway if you want to use the cups in the cupboard because they have coffee stains in them...
