Was a lovely comfortable lodge - old school type. The staff were lovely.
The food - dinner and breakfast were amazing
We extended our stay but had to go to a lesser room and the bed was very tired - uncomfortable and 2 big sunken in areas.

The staff were very helpful, especially Stewart in receprion.
The situation by the river was lovely. Apart from the first evening the food was very good.
Our room was very poor for the amount of money we paid for it, the bathroom tiny, fortunately we were able to climb into the bath for the shower, others may not have been so able. The low energy lighting was so low I was unable to read my book. There was only 1 chair in the room and the hotel had no lounge to sit in.
