All in all this is a good place. Good terrace, nice rooms although not enormously big. Friendly staff who always seem to be around.
A re-occuring problem is the inability to serve a decent breakfast before 8.30. Most pick-ups for transport, tours etc are at 8 or 8.30, and I cant really see the problem with preparing some youghurt and fruit the night before and put in the fridge. A + that they at least try to accomodate the wish for an early breakfast, but to be honest 8,30 is quite late in the morning and it would give better value if a full breakfast could be served at 7.30 or 8.
This hotel also need to reconsider their drivers that pick up from the airport. The last two times I have had very strange drivers, either arriving late or like this time, arriving in an extremely bad mood, talking down on the country, screaming and spitting at people in traffic repetedly. When you are part of someone elses vacation, performing a service to them, you need to be able to control your emotions better.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Dar Salam Palm. Both Abdullah and Yassin gave a warm welcome and were more than happy to help or assist when needed! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very well made!
Thank you for a wonderful stay and a special thank you to the staff and Abdullah and Yassin for looking after us during our time in Marrakesh. One thing to note would be that there are no irons in your room so please be prepared!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was always available whenever we needed anything and was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The AC worked perfectly, which was much appreciated considering the temperature outside.
The breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated that the staff were happy to prepare it a little earlier for us since we had a day trip planned for the following day.
The rooms were nice and clean. The interior of the building is absolutely beautiful, with a lot of charm and character.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again!
I didn't like the location of the place - the streets are not clean and as a woman traveling alone I wouldn't feel very safe.
