We had an apartment, it was very well equipped & comfortable.
The parking could get a bit tricky

It was close to a place to get dinner.
It was tired. A toaster in n the room would have been good.

My kids liked the pool and I liked the number of beds which were comfortable
That the kitchen facilities were on a table - would prefer a kitchenette

The place was as expected for a nights stay. Easy to find our way out of and to the place. Tricky to get into the place at the beginning but as I knew Dubbo it worked. Clean room and had everything you would need. I would feel ripped off if staying longer than one night. Didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment or see any staff. Vibe of place was ok but not suited for more than one night. Easy access to Mac Donald’s for families but a pub is the place to go. Commercial hotel in Dubbo has excellent food.
The main drag was full of trucks and hoons and not pleasant after a long day driving. As it was one night we were expecting it. But to be honest we wouldn’t stay there longer. Beds were uncomfortable and the room was hot upon entering. I had instructions from hotel but I didn’t understand them and went to the box at office. Then thought the keypad didn’t have what was needed from the text and realised I was at the wrong keypad. When I got to the room door I realised my error but couldn’t figure out how to get it to work. Lucky my son turned up to figure it out. Didn’t stay for breakfast although it was included. Bathroom clean but stuffy. Good air conditioning pity it wasn’t on for when we got there.
