The room was very clean and comfortable and laundry facilities very useful and available.
The phone used for checking in was very dirty and the staff not very friendly. The car park and stairs to our room needed a good clean.

The positive was ideal for us. People were very nice. Room layout and what it offered was great, but everything would benefit from a really good upgrade, it looks very tired.
Everything was clean, but the tile floors were dirty. Kitchen could have had a few more basics, but it had enough for us.
Dirty floors.

Good location
Room wasn’t that clean. Broken and loose tiles in the floor. No breakfast available. Car park is very cramped and low. You’re expected to wash and clean any dishes you use.
