We had the dual aspect King room which had a huge bed, scrumptious bedding, easy chairs, a tv, fab shower room and stands for the cases, as well as hanging room. The ambiance of the place is gorgeous and it looks so much nicer in reality from the outside than on random pics from Google for e.g. It was very peaceful too. We enjoyed our breakfast in front of a lit fire. Unfortunately we didn't eat in the evening on this occasion.

The bed was large and very comfortable and we both had a good night’s sleep. We ate in the restaurant both evenings and the food was very good, freshly prepared and extremely good value for money. The dining room was cozy with a lovely log fire. The breakfast was also very good. This is a family run hotel and the staff are very welcoming, approachable and helpful.
