The convenience and the restaurant able to cater for dinner and breakfast
We were place in Spa room 1, which upon entering, had an awful smell but we were tired and didn’t want to bother anyone. We had just travelled for 8hrs and wanted to get some dinner as we arrived at 7pm. After dinner, I went to run the spa bath and our bathroom flooded. We had to change rooms. The new room had no awful smell. The motor for the spa in room one had been removed! The stale smell of the room was likely dampness/mould. Surely staff should have been aware of this! The room exchange was inconvenient with nothing offered except an apology.
