Wonderful design to property. It entertained extremely well. There is a photo out that shows it directly on a harbor. This is not accurate. Kitchen is very well equipped but smaller than depicted in pics. Furnishings, fixtures need TLC. Toilets need to be replaced. Decks offer wonderful views. Plenty of beach gear. Walk to beach is 10-15 minutes. Walk from beach to house is vigorous for older folks. Host was outstanding. Would rent again. Memory making property.

Our family of seven adults and one toddler thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Falmouth in this lovely spotlessly clean home. The house was set up a steep driveway in a lovely quiet neighborhood and is well located for the beach and a quick drive to downtown Falmouth. The house was well equipped and has central A/C.We ate in most nights and had all we needed to prep and serve food. Beach chairs and sand toys plus bicycles are also thoughtfully provided.The living space is on three levels with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and laundry on the entry level. A good size living room, dining room, plus kitchen, pantry, breakfast area and a powder room are up the first flight of stairs. The main suite is up a second flight of stairs. The suite is private and spacious with a full bathroom, an outdoor deck and a delightful little separate sitting room. The large rear deck on the living room level is above tree level with a lovely view of Martha 's Vineyard in the distance. The deck is perfect for eating out and has two tables and ample chairs for a large family. A gas grill is provided. The beds were generally comfortable. There was a generous supply of towels and a few beach towels. The host was very pleasant and accommodating and very responsive if I had a need or a question. The stairs presented no problem to our family, but they may be a challenge to someone with mobility issues.

Leading up to our stay, Nancy was very communicative and reassured me that steps would be taken to keep the property fragrance-free, which was important as two members of our group are sensitive. While some of the décor and furniture are a bit dated and show signs of wear, the house itself is lovely—spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen, oversized windows offering beautiful views, and a fantastic location. Upon arrival, we did notice that two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, and the living room television remote wasn’t working properly. Nancy responded quickly to these concerns, and overall these issues wouldn’t keep us from staying here again.

Great house. Spacious. Clean. Great location. Walk to the beach, Falmouth and Woods Hole. Beach chairs available so we did not need to bring ours. Quality sheets and towels. Great communication from the owner. Easy check in and out. Excellent.
