The bedroom and everything else in it was satisfactory. The parking is closer to the place and reasonably cheap and safe for my car.
When I came to check in at 15:50 the receptionist that was attending guest at that moment didn't attend to me professionally

The location was fantastic for our needs. We wanted to be within easy walking distance of Killarney town, restaurants and pubs, and Copper Kettle was perfect for that. Parking was conveniently located in the public lot across the street and was very inexpensive. Breakfast at the nearby hotel was very good, and the staff we encountered there were always friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced base for exploring Killarney and the surrounding area.
There really wasn’t anything that negatively affected our stay. The room was a little snug for three people, but we knew what to expect and it worked perfectly fine for our needs since we spent very little time in the room. Check-in being handled at a separate hotel down the street was a little unusual, and there wasn’t really any staff presence at the B&B itself, but neither was a major inconvenience.

Facilities brilliant. All staff were wonderful
Location perfect. Long time since we stayed anywhere as good as this. Well done to all concerned.

The location was excellent, but the parking was confusing even though it was explained.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit disinterested in helping us sort the lodging they provided away from the main hotel. Getting a smile out of the staff was difficult.
