Location is a bonus and staff very warm and welcoming
Pool was def not heated, we have stayed in other places similar prices and facilities and I know when the pool is nice and warm.

Room was comfy and clean, handily close to Woolworths. Great to be able to cook in the room as it was a rainy day/night and we didn't want to venture out into the wet too much.
Signage to hotel due road closure - we had to drive around 3 times to find the entrance. Was confusing and annoying.

Very noisy place over the weekend at night , along with car alarms going off at the car dealers across the road that continued from midnight to 5 am in the morning also loud music and yelling and screaming to all ours of the night, obviously was not ideal but neither was it the owner's fault just the surroundings I guess.
