Kingfisher Bay Resort

Clean and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. Air con in bedrooms a big bonus.

Noise carried badly when a loud family checked in late. But the on duty staff came as soon as we called when the noise had lasted over 2hrs.

Was very clean relaxing and tidy.

The bath was quite low to get in and out, but other than that I couldn’t fault it. Great little vase for my family

I loved the layout, the facility offerings

The dynamic pricing meant I ended up paying too much for a room the was not the standard I expected

My bed was comfortable.

-Room was dark with no view. -I could hear next door occupant’s conversation and snoring. -Food was average -Facilities are tired , need regular maintenance and a spruce up/ makeover. -Staff- underwhelming, even at front desk reception. -Cleaning - the room had an overpowering smell of bleach when I arrived. Hit me as I opened the door. -Room/bathroom cleaning- no attention to detail . Cleaners left cleaning product on bathroom floor that I cleaned up myself and found the paper I used very dirty underneath! Yuk ! -Didn’t empty the bin. -Didn’t restock my teabags , I had to chase down the cleaners cart and ask for a teabag. -Rang reception ‘9’ but it rang out and then disconnected after multiple rings. -Contact with Reception at Kingfisher Bay Resort prior to my stay to enquire was very unhelpful and unsatisfactory. I was told that they were too busy at front desk to help me.
