Very good service from the staff. Location excellent.
Bathroom shower needed a good clean to remove black mould.
Restaurants menu needs to be improved. It was not balanced between easy cook frozen items and steak. Fish and chips very disappointing.

Nothing really

The location is great as it's right at the edge of the centre and easy to walk from. Most of the staff were welcoming and polite.
I was initially allocated a 'courtyard' room, which used to be a courtyard for the horses but is currently used as parking and for rubbish bins so not the most inviting or quiet space. I asked to be moved to another room where the only option in the main building was a single room, which meant I lost any difference in the price of the rooms. I felt safer in that room, but the water pressure in the bathroom was really lacking.
