Our second stay. Everything was perfect for the end of our cycle trip.
If arriving in Troisvierges by train hotel is a 10 minute up hill walk/cycle from the station. Not a problem with an E bike though.

The staff were very friendly. At check-in,
dinner and breakfast. They offered storage for e-bikes. Conveniently located near the Vennbahn.
At walking distance from train station

Fantastic hotel/Auberge. Staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and very helpful. We asked to drop our bags but were able to check in two hours early. Nice spacious room with usual amenities except air con but we had a fan instead.
Excellent dinner at the attached pub restaurant. Able to store our rented bikes overnight. Very substantial buffet breakfast.
Fan only - no aircon. No problem mid-September though. Fan was adequate.

Not much. We asked for a room near.reception as we were travelling by motorcycle with awkward luggage. We were given a room as far from reception as possible.
The hotel is on a main road with noisy lorries and cars accelerating out of the town nearby, so it was a restless night....and it was difficult to carry our gear to our room.
