I love the hotel's location, staff, breakfast practically everything. Have been staying here since last 10-12 years
You call room dining from your room most of the time it was busy had to call reception most time. But possibly due to high occupancy traffic

It is a good location in Mumbai, close to the airport. The room was comfortable, the bathroom is excellent. Additionally, the reception area is beautiful.
It was a bit noisy in the room, from a 5-star hotel I expect more sound-proofing.

Quick stop near the airport
There was a very unpleasant smell in the room which i didn’t like.

The TV isnt connected to WIFI, which was really unpleasant and we got bored as compared to other properties, they have these facilities.
Breakfast can have more options. Missed on Mumbai specialty menu.
