The staff were fabulous, all of them that we had interactions with. The location was great for us. It was incredibly quiet which was fantastic. Room was a great size and clean, and inviting. Breakfast was great, lots of vegan and gluten free options. Dining room was clean, inviting and nice to be in.
There was no shower curtain and no plug, so when my daughter tried to shower it went absolutely everywhere. The shower was very low and having to step in and out of the bath was not ideal given my disabilities. A walk in shower with a fold down seat would be a far more suitable accessible option. But with a shower curtain at least we could have got clean without drenching the floor.

Nothing to add
No plug in the bathroom sink and the internal phone didn’t work

Easy to find, easy to park- check in was simple. Staff were all lovely!
First morning I was disturbed by house keeping even though I had a sign on the door saying come back later.
There aren’t any plug sockets near the bed or mirror- so makes it impossible to charge your phone at night or get ready in the day. Also no fridge so my food/drink had to just sit on the side.
When organising people’s stay- if you aren’t busy then put the guests a room apart not next to other guests as my neighbours were up very late chatting in bed.
Restaurant staff was lovely but perhaps they would all benefit from some training as I had to drink Prosecco out of a wine glass and they had to go up and down the stairs multiple times as they forgot sauces for chips even though it was requested when ordering.
