The Pinewood Hotel

This is my go to hotel for when I get chill out weekends away from the hustle and bustle. Having stayed here before I knew I was going to get a good rest. I arrived and my room was in the main building, I went to my room and I didn't like it. So I asked if I could go across the way in separate building, the lady at reception sorted it for me. I'm glad I didn't stay in the main building as there was a wedding being held there. I hope they had a fab reception as it went on late

The toilet didn't like to flush upon first-second press of the flusher. Also the bath plug didn't hold the water in the bath so had to use my foot!

I had a twin room and it was nice and spacious, Breakfast was lovely, I had the full breakfast and would definitely have it again. The dinner I had was not hot enough for me and the staff were accommodating agreeing to reheat it for me.

There was nothing didn't like. I would definitely recommend Pinewood to family and friends.

Service at dinner and bar service. EXCEPTIONAL service from chef at breakfast who stayed to serve even though we were a little late.

Musty smell in stairwell.

Property is over all good but needs. Bit of work needed to the hotel. Heating wasn’t working when I stayed.

Heating didn’t work. Had to get portable radiator from staff. Sink in room didn’t drain well. Staff were very responsive to issues.
