The breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Staff were extremely efficient and polite. They cared about the guests experience.

Our room did not provide us with hot water on either of the two nights we stayed. We were forced to take cold showers. Not ideal when the reason for our stay was to attend a family funeral.

A huge thank you to the staff they were all so friendly, informative and helpful! We also had a lovely balloon and dessert plate for us as it was our anniversary! Very grateful thank you! It’s the first hotel that has been quick to deliver anything we needed. The room is what we saw in pictures online and was clean and fresh, internet connection was good and breakfast was beautiful. Swimming and wellness facilities were good. No complaints about hotel inside or staff. We will be back it was lovely!

More disability bays for parking. There were 3 spaces and the car park needs resurfacing so getting a wheelchair to from a non disabled space to the entrance can be tricky to navigate.

Superb spa, room was lovely and staff very helpful.

Breakfast was pretty poor - it wasn’t setup to accommodate the number of guests. The juice machine was really not great and was so slow there was a 10 minute queue!

Stayed quite a few time and had a mixed experience. Rooms generally good, facilities at hotel decent enough and staff generally pleasant. Breakfast moderately awful to the point I no longer bother with it
