Staff member was clearly new as she did need a little help with air conditioner but she was exceptional. Very thorough double checking everything. Fantastic staff on the day track to big things!

Beautiful property. Cannot fault

I like the location and how spacious the rooms were. Also the washing machine and dryer!
Turning in and out of the garage was a bit of tight squeeze due to scaffolding.

The accomodation and facilities are great and a place we have stayed on multiple occasions. We love the penthouse.
The overnight staff member was extremely hospitable.
Manager was very rude to our wider group staying between penthouse and an apartment.
Some people in our group got bitten (bedbugs)
