A beautiful oasis in the heat of a buzzing location. Calm, gentle and cool. The low level accommodation gave the hotel an intimate feel, and the foliage and trees around the generous pool allowed for a delightful peace.
The breakfast dining was situated in a stand alone building near the poolside, and was generous and eclectic.
The reception allowed for an additional hour for checkout so we were able to enjoy a few extra hours by the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again
The hotel could do with a little maintenance as it's looking a wee bit shabby here and there

hotel is a small oasis in the busy north pattaya area. likely good for families but not suited for business travellers. staff is courteous and breakfast decent
Wifi did not really reach the room, even new devices struggled above 1 bar and video calls not working at all. gym was run down with some machines not working

Woodlands is good value for money. The location is right next to Dolphin Roundabout, so you've got Terminal 21, La Baguette and the new developments opposite - Beer Hub and Harat's. Baht bus into town if you want. It isn't beach-side but there are two pools and plenty of space in the gardens. Breakfast was okay, about the same level as expected.

Location is good and price was okay
Photos of room look better than in reality. It is not modern looking at all and looks like a Thai style hotel room from the earlier 2000s that has been refurbished. Doesn't even feel tropical/exotic. The room I had felt 3-star at best It was not comfortable at night with all the darkness and mozzies. I checked out after 1 day after accidentally booking 4 days. I didn't try the breakfast or any of the facilities
