I loved my stay at the Mulberry! I knew what I was getting into (loud music etc) prior to booking as I'd been to Khaosan Road before.
The bed was soft, the bathroom was clean and staff handled our big group checking in seamlessly. Our room was literally just a bed, bathroom and fridge but it was perfect for us as we were always out and about.
We stayed here while Thailand was experiencing flooding but our area/accommodation didn't experience any flooding - which was a huge plus.
There is a massage parlour as well as ATMs right at the entrance of the hotel which was super convenient.
The road to the hotel closes at 9 or 10pm so get your airport transfer or grab to drop you to the main strip closest to the hotel if you're arriving later in the night.
A minor issue and it didn't deter us - but the aircon was super cold, we tried all the buttons to get it to be room temp but weren't successful. It was either super cold or too warm.
FYI you will hear people out and about while in your room but that was a non issue for us. It's not close to the train station but there are lots of alternative modes of transport.

The location was awesome! No flooding and close to everything. The rooms were roomy, serviced every day and comfy beds. It’s a bit noisy, but when you run the air con, it’s like white noise! The massage downstairs so convenient, the skewers right outside, delish food close by. Reception service was so good as well!
Nothing, it was great!
