Everything was amazing

I thought the value for money here is amazing!!
It was clean, welcoming and the fact I got access to the spa included in my room cost was excellent!! The spa space was also very clean, much cleaner than some of the much more expensive places I've stayed.
The staff were friendly and breakfast was good!
My key card kept not working, but I think it was due to me putting it next to my phone. Maybe they could add a note to the card sleeve to say *don't keep these near your phone*
Parking was extra, but not expensive.
There were some points where no one was on reception for 10+ mins. Maybe put a note if you plan to be away from reception for an extended period.
My bed was quite uncomfortable unfortunately. Maybe invest in some mattress toppers.

Pleasant room but a bit noisy from other nearby guests.
Breakfast was good - well worth the extra money.
An overnight car park charge has been introduced since our last stay.

Great location, staff were lovely, breakfast was very good
The hotel and pool are pretty tired, had to pay for parking, which we weren't aware off although £3 for the night. Everything was clean although very basic.
The rooms and bathrooms look like theyve been "fixed up" a few times and just generally feel basic and run down.
The pool was a bonus and it was clean with good showers, however the steam room was pretty awful, smelled bad and missing tiles as was the pool.
