The location is very good, the staff are lovely and it is very clean. The breakfast is great and I had a wonderful massage in the spa.
None of the outdoor pools are heated which is a bit of an issue if the weather isn’t extremely hot. The Sunbed covers around the pool are all looking quite tired and need a good clean. The beach area (with beds) wasn’t really given any attention and could have at least been tidied in the mornings.

We would like to thank Vasilis for helping us with our luggage upon our arrival and departure. We had raed quite a few comments about him, and now we have seen and helpful employee he is.

Excellent service from Vasilis he helped us with our luggage, brought the car to the entrance. Also, recommended on restaurants and beaches.
We had a massage by Alma and mino, it was amazing!
Great breakfast, loved the facilities and the pools.

location
The first room they put us in was at the side of the hotel and we were looking at awful buildings, not quite what we expected from a 5 star hotel, they eventually moved us . The room didn't get properly cleaned everyday, and the rooftop pool was dirty.
