Nice and quiet location.
Quite old and need serious improvements.
Breakfast poorly organized, lots of food options were missing in many situation, seemed they were not having enough people working.
Staff not polite (breakfast staff shouting at us when we wanted to eat on the terrace, reception lady did not wanted to help making a restaurant reservation etc.). Most of the staff do not speak English.

The room was great - very comfortable and nicely appointed. I loved my afternoon in the pools etc.
It is a bit confusing to get around as it is very big.

Stunning room! Relaxing spa. Good value for money. Delicious steak for dinner!
It is quite outdated, you can definitely see this in the spa area. Nonetheless it was an immaculate stay. The rooms are very generous in size and it is definitely good value for money.

It's a stunning place spacious and surrounded by natural beauty way up in the hills of Tuscany!
It's very much a remote location and it seems like a bit of a ghost town! Hardly any staff. I dont know if it was just a low season, but it literally felt like no one was there. The Service is so minimal that it's practically like booking a huge gorgeous air b&b! No staffing hardly. No service apart from the cleaners in the morning and breakfast staff. If your lucky you may get some attention at lunch time around the pool area restaurant but don't expect much. No room service no spa staff, unmanned reception a lot of the time.
