The staff was so helpful. They picked me up at the airport and dropped me off. Very convenient and accommodating feature. I wanted to stay near the airport my last night in Italy and this was perfect. I got to decompress after a long adventure through Italy and this was a perfect stay with a beautiful garden area and the room was nice, quiet and clean. I stayed at three different hotels during my time in Italy and this was the best one. Exceptional value and service! Andrea answered all my questions and was super helpful. And I didn’t even know breakfast was included. Perfect start for a day of traveling back to my country.
I was able to download a book on my phone so I was fine without tv but it would be nice if I could have had Netflix or some other platform to log into to watch tv in English. I wish there was another location closer to the city attractions. I’d choose this brand of hotels for my next trip for sure.

This was the coolest hotel. We chose it based on proximity to the Malpensa airport. It was super convenient. The room was excellent. Just the right size for an over night before flying home. Very cool building.
Nothing- everything was great.

Location close to the airport. The price.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was very small (I'm 5'4" and 130 lb) and splattered everywhere. The coffee/capuccino machine was a disgrace for Italy.
