VEry good breakfast adhering to Taj standard. Room overlooked the city, but walk outside, you are in the midst of large manicured garden areas. Lovely to walk and sit.
The rooms ned to be made further sound proof. Breakfast area is a tad bit small compared to the number of guests if the hotel is full.

We experienced some issues at the beginning of our stay, but the way the senior management handled the situation completely changed our experience. They listened to our concerns with patience, respect, and professionalism, and made a genuine effort to resolve everything thoughtfully.
For us, how a hotel treats its guests and acknowledges their feelings is extremely important, and we truly appreciated the way the management responded. In the end, my wife felt very happy and comfortable with our stay, which meant a lot to me.
Thank you to the management and staff for turning our experience into a positive one.
