I had a wonderful stay at The Heritage Hotel. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Nilo for the exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. Nilo was extremely welcoming, attentive, and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Truly a great example of excellent customer service!
Nothing to complain about. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is great, the personale is amazing, really helpful and super kind. We arrived very late and they helped us and made us feel so welcomed.
Nothing, everything was great. The light was a bit din in the toilets and we gave the feedback and they took it really well and noted it down.
