The beds were comfortable and the staff were lovely.
We paid for a night away to specifically use the pool for our children. We were told that if you don’t book directly with the hotel it’s £25 each. Kids can only swim during certain times. This should be clearly advertise by booking.com
The property was very tired and in need of renovation.

Was really lovely. Staff were so polite and friendly.
The info on booking.com wasn’t very clear. We ended up having to pay extra to use the pool which was very disappointing! It needs to be clearer on booking.

Cleanliness, staff friendly breakfast was very nice and a good choice.
Peaceful and lovely room overlooking golf grounds
Extra charges to use facilities now within hotel gym swimming pool etc, if not booked directly with them. We return every year and previously this was not the case always used booking.com and facilities were included.

Close to Bicester village with spa facilities. Staff were all helpful and friendly.
Looking very tired. Our room, the carpets in the corridors. The spa changing rooms and no hot water in the pool area. I thought it was expensive in light of this.
