I was in the external buildings, lots of room in main bedroom and good-sized bathroom.
Nice location, good value (through booking.com expensive if booked direct as published)
Large car park
dining areas looked good if not a little dated, nice breakfast.
Great location and in easy reach of most of the north Norfolk coast
A little dated in some areas but not a big problem.

Good location, all staff are friendly and polite, food is always hot , good steak , well cooked chips plus good cooked breakfast .
Being honest the shower cubicle was pretty bad and really needs to be looked at , not a good first impression when the first thing you noticed is the near empty plastic bottles for shower gel and shampoo, but that's the least of the issues.
I'm no snob but I would be embarrassed to let someone shower in a cubicle in that state . Something I'd expect on a basic camp site not a hotel .
Owners need to spend a bit of money I gave them and sort it out. Or even better a refund .
What's with the tiny taps on the sink .
Enjoyed most of the food but unfortunately the pastry casing on the well over priced banoffee pie which was nothing like a pie and the goats cheese tartlet were over cooked, so over baked that when you tried to cut into them they flew off your plate , too much balsamic glaze on the tartlet which I guess kinda held it together, dreadful peas with the steak and onion rings where more like onion skins .
