Had everything we needed.

I thought the staff were very friendly. I stay at a lot of hotels and a lot of staff fail to greet you and ask how your stay was. Rachel on reception was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
The room service burger was ok if I am being critical.

The location was great for us to get about from. Easy check in and out. Good car parking. Has been recently refurbished in lots of areas.
The mattress was very firm and the pillows were lumpy!

We had a pleasant family stay with our children aged 6 and 8. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious.
Please do not allocate Room no 229 to families with young children until the bathroom safety issue is fixed. There is a metal piece fixed to the floor near the shower area that caused my son to hurt his toe. The bathroom also has poor ventilation. This could be a serious hazard for children. We reported the incident to reception at checkout.
