Location was outside of the tourist area, which I enjoyed. But just a short walk to plaza Merced.
Excellent fish restaurant nearby.
Slight toilet smell.

It is a great value for the price. And the location is an easy walk to attractions.
Nothing. It was great!

Beautiful property, good location and Lilly on reception was very nice and helpful.
That there wasn’t travel information available. One lady on reception was quite rude!

I was only there for 3 nights and was meeting up with friends , so didn't really interact with the guest house. I'm sure the staff would have been fine . I didn't expect a 5 star hotel , but the comments led me to believe it would be quieter than it was . Guests probably aren't aware of the echoing noise they make moving round the rooms and scraping chairs ...
It all depends on who else is in the house with you at the time . On the Saturday and Sunday someone was walking around the bedroom above me till after 1.30 am , which kept me awake , despite earplugs .But on the Monday night the room seemed unoccupied and I was undisturbed .
