The owners were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was lovely (especially the croissants and spanish tortilla). The hosts went out of their way to help us, to store bags, to get us extra shampoo etc.

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel in the beautiful village of Espot! This hotel is family owned and the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was very cleaned and welcoming as in many hotels in Spain. Even thought we came during a long holiday weekend, the hotel was very quiet. We didn't have to use our car at all because the van would do the shuttle to the park. The breakfast was exceptional with a buffet of delicious traditional food from the pyrenees. You MUST try their croissants!!!!!
The breakfast room was not large enough for the amount of people staying at the hotel so people had to wait. However, the owner felt very sorry about the issue. The problem was mainly because the pyrenees in general had an unexpected amount of visitors coming from nearby cities during the long weekend.

breakfast had a lot of meats, if you like meats ,it's very good. The staff were kind. Although there was no restaurant, they gave us detailed recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location is very good, everything is within walking distance.
The facilities are a bit dated and could use some maintenance. For example, the sink drains slowly, so the water has to be turned on low, otherwise it pools up. The shower water pressure is also a bit low; if a woman wants to wash long hair, it's slightly difficult. There is only one chair in the room, meaning only one of the two people can sit on it.
