Perched in the hills of St. Croix’s exclusive East End neighborhood Grapetree, Twin View Terrace is surrounded by beautiful greenery, sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea on both the North and South shores, and a view of Buck Island. These spectacular views can be enjoyed from the pool deck and most of the windows of this beautiful Caribbean villa. Although the pool deck offers enough space and privacy to keep you blissfully occupied, access to soft sand beaches on the North and South shores are a short walk or drive away.
Elegant and colorfully decorated, this ranch style home features an open concept living with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The main living area is at the heart of the villa which opens to the expansive pool deck. Plenty of seating for dining, drinking, and relaxing is readily available both inside and out. This villa comfortably hosts 8 guests with its four bedrooms: One king bedroom with en-suite, one queen bedroom with en-suite, one queen bedroom with one separate bathroom and separate studio apartment with queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette.

Our family had an amazing stay at Paradise Awaits! We were traveling with a larger group of adults, and the home had plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together. The views were absolutely beautiful, and we loved the peaceful location. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise.
The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It made the perfect home base for exploring St. Croix during the day and relaxing together in the evenings.
The host was wonderful to work with and communicated promptly throughout the entire process. We would absolutely stay at Paradise Awaits again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable home in St. Croix!

This home was perfect for our vacation! We traveled as 4 couples and everyone had their own bathrooms & bedrooms. The home was well stocked for eating/cooking as well as extras. The wifi worked great and the pool deck was stunning for long days and nights. As the less touristy/populated area, it was quiet and clean. The linens and beds were extremely comfortable! The check in and out processes were seamless. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best VRBO’s our group has ever stayed in…and we travel A LOT!!! There was plenty of space, super comfortable beds, every amenity you could possibly think of…and it was VERY clean. And, the views are spectacular from either side of the HUGE deck There’s no doubt that when we return to St. Croix we’ll be staying HERE! The host was great and attentive…without being overbearing…and he was very thoughtful about making sure I had a wonderful birthday stay. Bottom line, this place is a 10/10! Don’t think twice…book it. You get sooooo much more than what you see…and what you see is truly ALL there.

The house was clean, well stocked and lived up to everything described and more. John was a fantastic host and very responsive to all questions. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Easter weekend. The pool was refreshing and the views from the deck are just amazing. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Easter weekend and would totally choose this property again on a return trip to St. Croix.
