The property was in a good location. Is a very busy highway by the drawbridge. Kitchen was well stocked. Was surprised there wasn’t a washer and dryer in condo itself. After years of renting I never considered there wouldn’t be one inside each individual condo but here you share a common laundry that you must pay for.
Who wants to spend time running to the washer/dryer to check clothes while on vacation? Not myself! Disappointed to say the least. Property was clean and maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Indian Springs condo this winter. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed inside to more than meet our needs. The community is terrific with lots of great people. The community is located just a short walk to the gulf with ready access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We have already recommended to family and friends.

Our experience with the rental was good. The unit was clean and quiet. Close to the beach, close to all shopping and restaurants. Met some very nice people in the complex. It needs a few upgrades.
