Staff were great and the location was excellent. We were able to check in early after coming off our cruise which was fantastic 😊
The noise from the street disturbed my sleep. I would recommend earplugs. The apartment looked a bit tired in places. The shower went a bit cold after 3 people had showers back to back 😞

Loved the staff. So helpful and friendly. The property was in my ideal location right above a gelato store. The apartment was perfect for us. Well appointed, tastfully decorated and very comfortable. Lovely welcoming touches like a complimentary bottle of wine were very appreciated. Location in gothic quarter was excellent. The apartment was very well insulated from any noise so when busy on street outside, it was always peaceful inside. A lovely little haven after a busy day.
Loved everything.

Didn't like that our flight delays meant we had one less day here.

The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. That makes such a difference.
The bed was comfortable and the bottle of water and bottle of wine was a lovely touch.
The sofa was a bit stained but the rug was very badly stained and made the place feel dirty. It would be better without a rug than that terrible thing- one corner was turned up also which is a bit of a trip hazard.
The kitchen sink had a bit of water and food in it and the kitchen sponge had food in it also, they should be new for each guest. Such a shame as the apartment was quite clean otherwise.

Loved the cleanliness of the apartment and how central it was.
The noise coming from Kentucky Fried Chicken directly below kept us awake until it closed at 3am.
