The location and apartment were great. It was walking distance to many places to eat, coffeehouses and the river and main areas in Porto. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 people.
Just note that there is no air conditioning and we knew this before booking however they do have several portable fans. They did have good blinds and shades though to block the sun from coming in however we cannot get the electric blinds in the kitchen to work so the kitchen was very hot in the morning, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in there.

Location, quietness , convenience
The house is severely lack of proper maintenance, many ceiling lights were not working, leave the rooms so dark. A bathroom door cannot even close properly. low quality of bed sheets, mattress, bath towels are so wear and teared.

"Spacious and stylish apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to town (steep on the return!). Quiet location at night."
