The breakfast was delicious with great choices. The service was great and the rooms were very comfortable and big. Location is great for a base for sightseeing. Restaurants within close proximity and it's lovely walk around the hotel and park. Free car parking.

The staff who assisted us during our check-in were satisfactory.
However, the staff during our check-out lacked a thank-you message and exhibited arrogant behavior. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. It is imperative that these staff members receive training to enhance their customer service skills.
