La Posada Hotel and Gardens

A wonderful facility with a great history, both in the early days & the “recent” recovery & refurbishment by the new owners. Well worth the stop when visiting Northern Arizona

Beautiful property. Very comfortable rooms and decor throughout. A lot of history.

The trains thankfully never blew their horn but there are slot that go by!

The beauty but also the history. I loved walking through the art gallery and garden though weather didn’t permit much. Even though it was linked to a train station, the thick walls were amazingly soundproof. The Turquoise restaurant was wonderful and fresh and I was taken care of so well by Omar. The gift shop was amazing and I had friendly help from Autumn.

Nice outdoor space. Good historical property.

Due to the nature of it being artsy nothing is homely and makes it feel like a museum in a room rather than a relaxing bedroom. Shower curtain silk and very old fashioned made bathroom feel dirty. Bed not the comfiest. Hard wood floors throughout make the whole property echoey and noisy while in your room from other guests. We were up flights of stairs a there was no offer to help with our luggage from the staff. Overal nothing really bad but not good value for us, very old fashioned and not a comfortable relaxing stay
